Universe is the second studio album by the British hard rock band Gillan, and the first with the classic line-up with Ian Gillan, Colin Towns, John McCoy, Bernie Tormé and Mick Underwood. Released in October 1979. The album reached No. 11 in the UK Albums Chart, and sold over 2 million copies worldwide. All songs written by Ian Gillan and Colin Towns except where noted. Side one. Holographic Universe is the third full-length studio album by Swedish metal band Scar Symmetry. It is the last album to feature vocalist Christian Älvestam, who parted ways with the band shortly after the album's completion. It was released on 20 June 2008 in Europe, and on July 7, 2008 in North America. The album peaked on the charts at 37 in Finland, and 65 in Austria. A music video for the song "Morphogenesis" premiered on 18 September.

The album's title is a play on words of The Beatles song "Across the Universe" and the band's own album †. The live portion of this release was recorded at a concert in San Francisco, California at the Concourse Exhibition Center, on March 27, 2008

Universe is the 6th EP and 4th winter special album by Korean – Chinese boy group, EXO. The album contains the Korean and Chinese versions of the title track of the same name along with 5 new songs with some written by the members of the group themselves. The album incorporates Rock, Pop and R&B styles of music with the lead song being a rock ballad, describing the lengths one would go to find their true love. The album doesn’t use any gender specific terms in its lyrics. The album was originally scheduled to be released on December 21st, 2017. The date was later postponed to December.

With Electric Universe came a unique new wave & synth pop sound for EWF. As well Electric Universe was featured in an episode of Mass Appeal's YouTube series Rhythm Roulette.
