Eric Skye’s latest album is Ballads and Blues, released in October of 2018. It is a collection solo jazz and blues standards, plus three originals pieces, played in one sitting on acoustic guitar. Skye’s previous release, from 2015, June Apple, a collection of early American fiddle tunes arranged by Eric for guitar and mandolin. The album features Skye in his alter ego as old-time flatpicking guitarist, along with the masterful mandolin work of Tim Connell. Eric first two records were solo steelstring acoustic jazz guitar. For Lulu was a collection of improvisational solo standards, plus a few well-received originals. Eric’s first album, Acoustic Jazz Guitar Solos, was signed to a jazz label and distributed throughout the United States, selling well, and receiving much airplay and critical acclaim.

Lulu's Album (US title It's Lulu) is an album by British pop singer Lulu, released in 1969. Despite promotion from her TV show, Lulu and recently winning the Eurovision Song Contest, this album failed to chart. Her biggest British solo hit, Eurovision winner Boom Bang-a-Bang, was not included on the album despite recently hitting N. in the UK singles chart. The song that placed 3rd in the A Song for Europe heats, Come September was featured on the track list.

Portland, United States. Slow Moving Dog -an acoustic funk album featuring acoustic guitar, upright bass, and drums. And my first two solo acoustic guitar albums, For Lulu, and "Acoustic Jazz Guitar Solos. An acoustic guitar master" - Stage and Studio. This new project is something I’ve thought about doing for years.

2011 in Seattle visiting the Fretboard Journal for the first time, playing a tune that'll be on my new album coming out this fall. Eric Skye - "Someday My Prince Will Come" at the Fretboard Journal.
