Kirk aids an ambassador to an alien race. Bibi Besch reads this fairly well but does not use enough variation to allow easy character differentiation. Scotty and Chekov are even hard to tell apart until the speaker's name is heard. The sound effects are excellent, and the music fits nicely into the plot, but the lack of vocal characterization spoils the entire show.
