Andrew Lloyd Webber / Tim Rice Featuring Florence Lacey - Evita (Highlights Of The Original Broadway-Production For World Tour 89/90) flac album
Evita" may well be the most underestimated work of Andrew Lloyd Webber. And the more I play it, the more I appreciate it. While it doesn't approach the classical operas of the 19th century in terms of the score, the historical adaptation certainly matches the musical quality of any of Webber's other works and will probably be regarded as something of a minor classic as time goes on.
