In Concert is a live album by The Dubliners, released in 1965. By the time The Dubliners had recorded their second album live at the Cecil Sharp House in December 1964, they had become a quintet. Luke Kelly had temporarily left the group and Bobby Lynch and John Sheahan had joined. This was to be Lynch's only recording with The Dubliners, as he left the group when Kelly returned. Sheahan has been with the group ever since and in latter years has become their manager. Roddy McCorley - 3:47.
The Dubliners is the eponymous debut live album by the Irish folk band The Dubliners. It was produced by Nathan Joseph and released by Transatlantic Records in 1964. The line-up consisted of Ronnie Drew, Barney McKenna, Luke Kelly and Ciarán Bourke. When Kelly died, the album title was changed to The Dubliners with Luke Kelly by the record company to spur sales of the reissue and underscore the magnitude of Kelly's contribution to the group. The Wild Rover" - 3:13. The Ragman's Ball" - 2:08.

Recorded on December 4 1964 in the Concert Hall, Cecil Sharp House, London. Track Notes: Tracks: 15–18 are all on the Transatlantic EP, A Sample of the Dubliners. Tracks: 16 & 18 are originally from the LP, The Dubliners (TRA 116). Tracks: 15 & 17 are from the original (In Concert) LP, and both appear twice on the expanded CD release. Tracks: 19–22 are from the Transatlantic EP, Mainly Barney. Greenland Whale Fisheries" (Track: 23) is from the Transatlantic single TRA SP 3. I believe this is the first time this version was re-issued.
However, former Dubliners members Sean Cannon and Eamonn Campbell have joined up with Patsy Watchorn and Gerry O’Connor to create ‘The Dublin Legends’ which continues in the footsteps of The Dubliners. So get online and look up ‘The Dublin Legends’ – they are touring in 2015 – and enjoy the Irish folk music of today which has been honed by the legacy of The Dubliners. Report as inappropriate.
