Resolver is the third studio album by the American alternative rock band Veruca Salt. It was released on May 16, 2000, on Beyond Records followed by an Australian release on December 6, 2002. This album was the first for the band after the departure of founding member Nina Gordon, who coincidentally released her debut solo album about a month later. Like their previous album, Eight Arms to Hold You, the title is inspired by The Beatles, in this case, a play on the title of their 1966 album Revolver.

IV (Veruca Salt album). IV is the fourth full-length studio album by alternative rock band Veruca Salt. It was released on September 12, 2006 in the USA and on September 25, 2006 in Australia. This is last album to feature Stephen Fitzpatrick on guitars and the only album to feature Kellii Scott on drums and Nicole Fiorentino on bass.

Surprisingly tough and vicious, Veruca Salt's fourth album - appropriately and simply titled IV - is the record Louise Post attempted to make with 2000's Resolver, the album where she took control of the group after Nina Gordon's departure. At that point in time, Post's adherence to alt-rock conventions made Resolver seem a little stale and turgid, but it also didn't help that she recorded it in the aftermath of considerable emotional turmoil; the record reflected that upheaval, but not necessarily in compelling ways, since it often seemed messy and unfocused.
