Boogie Box High was a musical project headed by Andros Georgiou in the late 1980s that featured a range of collaborators, including Georgiou's second cousin George Michael, guitarist Nick Heyward (of Haircut One Hundred), keyboardist Mick Talbot (of The Style Council), guitarist–songwriter David Austin, bassist Deon Estus, and others. Released in July 1987 in the United Kingdom, Boogie Box High's first single was "Jive Talkin'", originally a top ten hit for the Bee Gees in 1975.

Boogie Box is high energy! I love that I get as much out of it as I put into it! I agree with all of the concepts and theories that went in to creating Boogie Box as an exercise format. I love that I get an hour of high endurance and strength training - working multiple muscles at the same time. With Boogie Box, I lost 25 pounds and am more fit and toned now than I have EVER been - even before having two kids. Boogie Box combines the best of ALL THREE! The fun music and the occassional "dance" move get me through the hour. Lucy is an amazing instructor and has always provided me with great customer service.
