Freddie is the eponymous fourth studio album by American rapper Freddie Gibbs. It was released on June 22, 2018 through ESGN and Empire Distribution. The album features guest appearances from Gibbs' daughter Irie Jane Gibbs, alongside 03 Greedo and Cassie Jo Craig. It succeeds the release of Gibbs' third studio album, You Only Live 2wice (2017).

Fredrick Jamel Tipton (born June 14, 1982), better known by his stage name Freddie Gibbs is an American rapper. After initially being signed to Interscope Records in 2006, Gibbs recorded his debut studio album under the label. However, he was eventually dropped and the album was cancelled. Gibbs later signed with Young Jeezy's CTE World and released a number of mixtapes through the label, including 2012's highly acclaimed Baby Face Killa

Freddie Gibbs is reflecting on the imagery in his song Bandana, which doubles as the title of his new album with Madlib: a filthy, blood-stained bandana. Everyday we inch by inch get closer to the Bandana album. I haven't been this hyped for a comeback in so long! This is the better of the two singles released so far (SOTY!). It definitely is a grower. The beat is simple, but quite refreshing.
