Uknown Artist, flac album

Uknown (2). Profile: Listed as the artist for Double Backing 100 SBR Latex Glue Artificial Grass Turf, it is currently unclear whether this is a legitimate alias or a typo of the word "Unknown".

I have this single track album that shows as Uknown Album Artist although the artist tag is set. I can't figure out why. Rescanning didn't help.
