Total is the third studio album by Norwegian rock band Seigmen. It was released on 21 October 1994, through record label 1:70. All lyrics written by Kim Ljung; all music composed by Klisne Seigmenn. The album was certified gold in Norway in 2006. Alex Møklebust – vocals. Kim Ljung - vocals, bass guitar. Noralf Ronthi – drums, percussion, vocals. Sverre Økshoff – guitar. Marius Roth – guitar, acoustic guitar, vocals.

Seigmen is a Norwegian alternative rock band who came into prominence in the early 1990s. The band's name is derived from a Norwegian brand of (sweet) candies, "Seigmenn". Although hard to categorize, their music varies from album to album. It all started in Tønsberg, Norway 1989.

Seigmen was a national success, but due to the fact that the first three albums' lyrics were in Norwegian, they never got much attention outside Scandinavia. With "Metropolis" (which they released in two versions) they started with English lyrics, and the music turned from being a style similar to Drawn, to be pure melancholic rock like newer Anathema and Katatonia.
