Chase And Status - Tribe flac album

Tribe is the fourth album by British drum and bass duo Chase & Status. It was announced on July 13 and accompanied a day later by the single Love Me More, together with a second video unveiling the full tracklist for the album. In an interview by Metro UK in conjunction with the duo’s performance at Lovebox festival, Will Kennard was asked to tease Tribe with three words. Definitely energetic, varied and I’d probably use the word foundation just because it really sums up what we’ve done over the last three years

Chase & Status are an English electronic music duo composed of Saul Milton (Chase) and Will Kennard (Status). In addition, MC Rage assists the group when they perform DJ and live sets while Andy Gangadeen is the drummer when the band performs live. The duo are from London, and formed in 2003 after meeting at university in Manchester.

London duo Chase and Status have long been a paradox. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it feels like at least three projects haphazardly packaged as a single unit  . Tribe is great in places, unbearably awful in others, with far too much going on over its 17 tracks. Perhaps it’s time for Chase and Status to decide whether they want to be in the club or on the radio, and proceed accordingly.
