Bob's Your Uncle was a Canadian alternative rock band formed in Vancouver. The band consisted of band founder guitarist Jamie Junger, vocalist and guitarist Sook-Yin Lee, bassist Bernie Radelfinger, harmonica player Peter Lizotte and drummer John Rule. Later to be replaced by drummer Karl Cardosa. The band's music was characterized by Lee's strong voice and lyrics, and with rock, jazz and blues instrumental accompaniment.

CD - Dr. Dream Records. Bob's Your Uncle guitarist James Junger has spent some time listening to Television's Tom Verlaine and adopted many of the spacious, rhythmic textures of Verlaine's work. The rest of the band has been listening to The B-52's and they achieve the same bouncy feel, even if their songs of suburban dislocation and social criticism are lacking in The B's sense of humor. But the dominant presence is alto Sook-Yin Lee, whose arch, driven vocals make you forget the comparisons to other bands and help Bob's Your Uncle stand as an original.

The band's second album, Tale of Two Legs, came out in 1990, and the band toured in Ontario in support After Bob's Your Uncle disbanded, Junger founded a follow up band called the Wingnuts, toured with several artists, and pursued a solo career
