Oam Trio - Trilingual flac album

OAM Trio are an international ensemble hailing from Barcelona, Jerusalem, and Boston. All of the band's members had played in each other's ensembles for years, but had never played together as a trio. Pianist Aaron Goldberg, drummer Marc Miralta, and bassist Omer Avital chose to brief each other in the weeks before the session, but never rehearsed. That said, this program of originals and strange covers from the graveyard of jazz history is an auspicious debut.

In 1998, he formed the Aaron Goldberg Trio with Reuben Rogers on bass and Eric Harland on drums, and the trio released their debut album, Turning Point, on J Curve in 1999. He also began what would become a lengthy association with saxophonist Joshua Redman, and toured extensively with him. In 2001, as he continued to tour with Redman, the Aaron Goldberg Trio released a second album, Unfolding, on J Curve. Windows Vista sold over 88 million copies. In November 2014, Goldberg released The Now, a 10-song album of his own compositions, jazz standards, and reworkings of Brazilian songs.
