Claiming that this was the last album of Oi! the band would ever make, it does come off as a final statement in a lot of ways. Beginning the album with the visceral chant-fest "CF3" and ending with the outrageous "Fuck Fascism," every song is a politically motivated track designed for singing along and bouncing around the room.

Album Music for Hooligans. Skinhead Times Lyrics. You think you got it made But you don't pay the price that's paid And when the chips are down You never seem to be around. You always talk it But you're too afraid to make a stand You never walk it In your mixed up skinhead wonderland.

Talk about The Oppressed - Music For Hooligans

Zolorn
I think that this album possesses a unique characteristic in the fact that the recording quality seems to be below par, but at the same time, it was this fact that really enhanced the music as a whole. Because the recording was so simplistic, it matched the style of music -- very simply and truly Oi! music. All of the songs on the album are very good listening, it is one of the few albums that I can listen all the way through and not have a complaint. It has a good pace to it. Compared to their first release, Oi! O! Music, this one actually is much more somber and relaxing. Usually, Oi! music does not make for good, easy listening, but this is a definite exception. If you are just getting into Oi! music this would be a great first release to buy.
