The Dauntless Elite are a punk band from Leeds, UK. Two of us used to be in Joe Ninety and two of us used to be in Fig. although that was a long time ago so to keep mentioning it seems a little redundant. We've released music via Bombed Out, Yo-yo Records, Plan-it-x, Snuffy Smile, Somebody's Song and Not Shy of the DIY Records. Our new album, More Bloody Bad News will be out soon.

The Dauntless Elite formed in late 2003 from previous bands Joe Ninety & Fi. They play Punk Rock in the vein of American Steel, Snuff & Leatherface. in fact they'd say they probably rip those bands off a little too much. The band released a 6 track EP on the amazing Plan–it–X Records (home to bands like Ghost Mice, One Reason & Japanther!) called Security– which you can also get on 10" vinyl from Somebody's Song Records. A split 7" with The Mercury League from Sunderland on Yo Yo Records of Germany should be out by the time you read this.
