Santana: The Woodstock Experience. Instead, the Woodstock Music & Art Fair, held August 15th to 17th, 1969, near Bethel, New York - a refugee-camp experience officially declared a state disaster area on the second day - became an anniversary industry. And business is booming. Its six CDs contain virtually all of Woodstock and Woodstock Two plus tracks from a 1994 box, then another 38 previously unreleased songs and actualities. The Woodstock performance was perfect prologue to the debut, self-titled album that followed weeks later. 2 Vinyl replica mini jackets with inner sleeves (short liners), and a 16 x 20" poster. 8 previously unissued live tracks from August 16th, 1969 wood stock performance. Includes the studio album 'Santana'.
Recorded Live At The Woodstock Music & Art Fair, Saturday, August 16, 1969.
As to the Woodstock bonus live album, I had heard most of it from the Woodstock movie soundtrack as well as other sources many times over the years. This is the one to get. The complete concert (including the usually missing Evil Ways) is as adrenaline stoked as anything played that famous weekend. I have an earlier cd of the first Santana album and this one is better.

Santana (1971 album). Santana is the third studio album by Santana. The band's second self-titled album, it is often referred to as III to distinguish it from the band's 1969 debut album. The album was also known as Man with an Outstretched Hand. It was the third and last album by the Woodstock-era lineup, and it was also considered by many to be the band's peak commercially and musically, as subsequent releases aimed towards more experimental jazz and Latin music. The album featured two singles, "Everybody's Everything" (guitar solo by Neal Schon), which hit in October 1971, and "No One to Depend On" (solo also by Schon), a staple in FM radio. This is the first album to feature 17-year-old Schon on guitar.
