Everyday of the Week. The Students were an American doo-wop vocal group which formed in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1956. Although they only released 5 sides, two of them - I'm So Young and Every Day of the Week - became doo-wop standards. I'm So Young" in particular became hugely popular (and durable), and has been covered by groups as diverse as the Beach Boys, Rosie and the Originals, and The Ronettes. View full artist profile.

Days of the week are easy to teach even to very young and/ or low level students, and the topic prepares students well for future studies of and communication about present routines, the past, the future, etc. In addition, there are loads of great games, the topic can be combined with virtually any vocabulary, and it goes nicely before and after other useful topics like numbers, months and dates (dealt with in other articles on this site).

Many students go on school trips. Some people say that they are interesting and educational. Other people say they are a waste of time and children should learn in the classroom. Why do you think so many people move to big cities? Is it easy for young people in Russia to change where they live, why or why not? By the way, my brother Mike got a new job. rite a letter to Judy. Next week I’m going to visit my grandparents in Brighto. rite a letter to Moira.
