Beheaded Totem is the second album by an enigmatic ensemble from Porto, HHY & The Macumbas. It continues a long investigation into percussion, circular rhythms, dub strategies, and horns coming from the alcohol-fuelled Portuguese marching bands, nights and drags, leading us straight into the damp caves of our minds. The Assassination of Julius Caesar is the 13th album from ever evolving Norwegian legends Ulver – their first fully fledged studio album since 2011’s Wars of the Roses. They call it "their pop album, something they have been longing to do for years, and their unruly play with myth, history and popular culture has never been more manifest.
