Wire is the self-titled fourteenth studio album by British post-punk band Wire. It was released on 13 April 2015. The material on the album is a combination of songs which were written and performed live on tour preceding the recording and material written by Colin Newman just prior to entering the studio. The band chose eleven songs out of nineteen they’d been preparing, and Newman has stated that the band will issue the remaining material i. second release, probably early next year.

Live Wires is the first live album of the American jazz group Yellowjackets, released in 1992. The album was recorded live at Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, California. The album reached a peak position of number two on Billboard's Top Contemporary Jazz Albums chart. Russell Ferrante - keyboards. Will Kennedy - drums. Bob Mintzer - saxophone, bass clarinet and EWI. Michael Franks - lead vocal (on track 3). Take 6 - vocals (on track 10).

Wires is the fifth track on The Neighbourhood’s debut EP I’m Sorr. ver an eerie instrumental, Jesse tells the story of a former friend and fellow musician who fell victim to a corrupt record label. Are the lyrics different during live performances? If he said Help me kill the president I’d say he needs medicine. After Donald Trump became president in early 2017, this lyric was slightly altered by Jesse during the band’s live performances to show his disapproval of the newly elected president: If he said Help me kill the president I’d say we should do that shit right now.
