András KECSKÉS L. was awarded a degree in playing the luth and gitar by the Hochschule für Musik in Vienna where he was a student of professor SCHEIT, Karl. He studied playing the viola da gamba with Wenzinger, August and Gutmann, Veronika from 1972 till 1975. At 1975 he attended the master's course of early music led by professor HARNONCOURT, Nicolaus at the Mozarteum in Salzburg.
