Music is the fourth solo studio album by American rapper Erick Sermon. It was released on September 25, 2001 via J Records, making it his debut album on the label. Erick Sermon shows why he is one of the best producers in hip hop history with albums like this. Even the tracks where the MC isn't all that great, the Green Eyed Bandit's production keeps your ears glued to the stereo speakers. When I look back at this album, I feel like it's the perfect representation of the Funk Lord's sound - bass heavy, rugged, smoked out funk (even though Redman and Rockwilder do lend production assistance).

Feel It. Feel It (Three 6 Mafia song). HIDDEN ERROR: Usage of "Birth date" is not recognized. Erick Sermon (born November 25, 1968) is an American rapper, musician, and record producer. Music is the fourth solo studio album by American rapper Erick Sermon. Bangers like "The Vibe", "Reign", "On The Regular", "Fear" (. Tommy Gunn), and "I Feel It" are tight vintage tracks from the Def Squad crew. Funkorama" and "It's That Hit" are timeless, classic Funklord productions that take this album from good to great. I'd take advantage of anyone foolish enough to sell at that price and snatch this one up. Highly recommended.

Music (Erick Sermon album). Music is the fourth album and first album on J Records by hip hop artist Erick Sermon. It was received well critically and commercially. Its success was fueled by its title track "Music" which sampled vocals from Marvin Gaye and in terms of chart position is Sermon's most popular song, peaking at along with inclusion on the soundtrack of the Martin Lawrence/Danny DeVito film What's the Worst That Could Happen?; the music video for the song featured scenes from the film intermixed with. clips of Gaye performing in archived music videos and music programs. Sermon is best known as one-third, alongside PMD & DJ Scratch, of late-1980s–1990s hip hop group EPMD and for production work. Chilltown, New York released: 2004. React released: 2002. Double or Nothing released

Erick Sermon, the rapper and producer best known as one-half of the seminal hip-hop outfit EPMD, unveiled a biting new song, Come Thru, featuring Craig Mack, Mr. Cheeks and Method Man. The track is set to appear on Sermon’s forthcoming album, Go, which he’s funding through a Kickstarter campaign. Come Thru boasts a steady beat centered around stomping drums and an austere string loop. The money will primarily go towards financing the samples, hiring a sound engineer and covering the costs of marketing the album. I really hope that fans will feel that the album has great music and a great sound. The most important thing is the conversation.
