Fiddle – Dave Swarbrick. The Seekers ‎(LP, Album, Gat).

The Seekers' Greatest Hits was released in Australia by EMI's Columbia label (Catalogue No. SCXO 7830) in 1968 on the break-up of The Seekers. The album spent 117 weeks on the UK album chart (at the time a Top 50 listing), including six weeks at N. accumulated over five separate stints in the top spot in 1969, starting with the week of 25 January 1969. It was the 17th biggest selling album in the 1960s in the UK. Side One. "I'll Never Find Another You" (Tom Springfield).

Album: Nowhere to Run, 2019. As for the new single, ‘Break These Chains’, Tom explains that the song was inspired by friends of band bassist Gaz Connor, who both had very strong work ethics in well paid jobs, but they never felt it was paying off and they knew there had to be more to life. They had to break the chains that bound them. Lexi wrote a hard hitting riff to back up the message behind the lyrics, to really make them come to life and tell the story.

chains I am free This distant day has only brought you closer to where I am To where I'll be This is where I am This is where I'll always be With broken chains, I am free And If you think you're taking a single thing away from me, you're fucking Wrong! I will overcome This distant day has only pushed you further from where I am Where I'll always be This is where I am This is where I'll always be With broken chains, I am free Hold this thought this is for everything With broken chains I am free.
