Froot (stylized as FROOT) is the third studio LP by MARINA, released on March 16, 2015. The album was originally to be released on April 3, 2015; however, the date was pushed forward following the entire album leaking online in February 2015. Marina released songs off the album leading up to the release date, starting with the title track, "Froot" in October 2014.

Froot is the third studio album by Welsh singer Marina Diamandis, released under the stage name Marina and the Diamonds. It was originally scheduled to be released on 3 April 2015 by Neon Gold Records and Atlantic Records, although it was ultimately released on 13 March 2015 due to unauthorised Internet leaks. Written entirely by Diamandis, she collaborated with David Kosten for production.

Your new album is called Froot. Why is it spelt wrong? Well, erm, no reason really (laughs). I just liked the way it looked. I didn’t want it to be the traditional spelling because I thought it looked too serious. I like merging the natural with the synthetic. Are you quite a contrary person?
