The Clone Wars soundtrack isn't a John Williams score. It probably would have been better if it had been. Now that we get that out of the way, I do think Kevin Kiner did a fine job with this soundtrack. There are enough echoes of Williams' score to make it feel like they're part of the same saga. I particularly like the Tatooine music. Kiner includes Middle East/Arabian themes that I think fit really well for the desert world, but also don't feel out of place. I also like Kiner's take on the cantina music and Ziro's club. He creates an original, organic feel that fits the movie and subsequent Star Wars TV shows.
