Paul Mann leads the Liepāja Symphony Orchestra in an exploration of the works of Josef Schelb. As one of the better-kept secrets of German music, his substantial output consists of almost 200 works in the quasi-Expressionist traditions of Hindemith and Hartmann. His Movimento I, Music for Orchestra No. 3 and Music for Orchestra No. 4 are energetic and luminous with bucolic imagery and gorgeous melancholy. 48 kHz, 24-bit PCM – Toccata Classics Studio Masters.

The Southwest German Radio Symphony Orchestra (also known in English as the SWR Baden-Baden Freiburg Symphony Orchestra and in German as the Sinfonieorchester des Südwestrundfunks) was a German radio orchestra located in the German cities of Baden-Baden and Freiburg. The first incarnation of the orchestra occurred in 1946, initially with members of the discontinued spa orchestra of the city as the core of players.
