This CD collects Mad Magazine related recordings from years gone by and today. Unfortunately, with only 12 cuts, it's a lot shorter than it could have been. It doesn't include the first Mad related single, "What, Me Worry?". And there is nothing from the first Mad album, Musically Mad. The CD starts off with one hilarious song from Mad Twists Rock 'N' Roll. It's too bad they didn't include more songs from this great album

With issue 24 (July 1955), Mad switched to a magazine format.

Unlike most MAD covers, this one isn't an illustration: It's an actual photograph of a prop made for the magazine that still sits in a display case in the magazine's offices today. Either way, the idea of a MAD-branded poison bottle is pretty awesome to begin with, and once the Alfred-E. es logo comes into play, it's one of the greats. June, 1998 by Mark Fredrickson, Duck Edwing and Sergio Aragones. A year later, they got rid of them, with their last appearance being on this issue, where they were torn down by the crappy American version of Godzilla, never to be seen again, making this quite possibly the only good thing to come out of that movie.
