I have 2 copies of this album on vinyl, one with glossy inner sleeve and one that is textured like the cover. Sadly, both of them exhibit much surface noise, making the quiet parts very painful to get through. I suspect this may be a problem with the pressing, as much of the noise is in the same parts on both of my copies. The cd version just sounds better all around. Hope this great album gets a better re-press someday.
