Stay with Me" is a song by British synthpop duo Erasure. It was released as the lead single from their self-titled, seventh studio album (Erasure). The track is a slow love ballad written by Erasure members Vince Clarke and Andy Bell. Starting with simple synth chords from Clarke and subdued vocal from Bell, "Stay With Me" builds to a mid-tempo gospel-influenced conclusion, complete with vocal contributions from the London Community Gospel Choir

Stay with Me (MGV 8302) is an album by jazz singer Billie Holiday accompanied by Tony Scott and his Orchestra. It contains all the material from a session recorded February 14, 1955, in New York City, and released in 1958 on producer Norman Granz' Verve label. For the CD reissue in 1991 another session was appended, that Granz had previously issued as part of the self-titled Billie Holiday LP on his Clef Record label (10" LP, Clef EPC 224/Verve MGC 690).

In November, Fitzmaurice was called back to the recording sessions, which were now taking place at RAK Studios in London. By keeping the songs short, Smith and his producers were able to keep them simple and make his vocals the focal point.
