New Gold Dream (81–82–83–84) is the fifth studio album by Scottish band Simple Minds. The album was released in September 1982 by record label Virgin, and was a turning point for the band as they gained critical and commercial success in the UK and Europe. New Gold Dream originated in Simple Minds' unexpected popular and commercial success during an Australian tour with Icehouse, following the release of Sons and Fascination.

Italian press of DJ T. - Gold Dreamer with an esclusive additional mix : Untitled Mix B2 (remixed by Daniele Tignino ?) my favourite version of this 12''.Fantastic the other mixes : Club Mix on the side A released in some italian dance compilation of 2001/2002 like Hot Party, Euro Dance 5, Deejay Parade... The B1 Mix is produced by italian duo Phunk Investigation, a very good track to complete this excellent release! 10/10
