Quite rare as there were only 27 copies pressed (a friend of mine either worked or knew someone who worked at the pressing plant, I can’t recall which, so through him I know the exact figure). There’s a quite amusing story behind this, although at the time not for my friend. Ensign had asked for 25 copies to be pressed for circulation to top club/radio DJ’s in the UK but a couple extra were pressed and my friend got hold of one which he then played at one of his gigs. He was also support DJ in a club in Essex and actually got the sack over this as several people who heard my friend play it during his warm up set subsequently asked the main DJ to play it which he couldn’t do as he wasn’t on the Ensign mailing list so didn’t have a copy of the promo. My friend got called into the boss’s office and was told it was not a good idea to upstage the main DJ and therefore he was sacked..!My friend soon got a job at another club but over the course of time has got rid of his vinyl collection. I managed to come across a copy of this several years later and him and I still laugh about his story to this day.
