Nine Treasures (九宝, or jiǔ bǎo) is a Chinese folk metal group with members mostly from the autonomous region of Inner Mongolia. Founded in 2010, the group combines traditional Mongolian music with heavy metal, notably using traditional instruments and overtone singing techniques. The group was created in 2010 in Hailar District of Inner Mongolia in China.

In 2013 Nine Treasures participated in the WOA Metal Battle as the Chinese winner and won the second place at the international finale of the Wacken Open Air metal battle competing with contestants from 28 other countries. Being part of the festival was an unforgettable experience and the filming of Wacken 3D Der Film with director Uli Gaulke broadened their horizons, encouraging them to firmly believe in themselves.
