Annie in Wonderland is the first solo album by Annie Haslam, vocalist with the 1970s band Renaissance. The album features a range of musical styles enabling Haslam to experiment with vocal styles outside the ethos of Renaissance.

Annie Haslam is the third solo album by Renaissance vocalist Annie Haslam, released in 1989. The album consisted mostly of original material and included covers of Mike Oldfield's "Moonlight Shadow", which had been a UK number 4 hit in 1983, and Rose Royce's 1978 UK number 3 hit "Wishing on a Star". Annie in Wonderland is whimsical, fanciful, and verging on precious. One of the highlights is the Rodgers & Hammerstein classic "If I Loved You" (which acts as a precursor for Haslam's One Enchanted Evening album). It is interesting to compare the version of "Nature Boy" on this CD with her post-Moulin Rouge interpretation of the song on One Enchanted Evening. In both versions, Haslam gets right to the heart of this beautifully soulful song.

Annie's first solo album was released in late 1977, while Renaissance was on a brief hiatus. It represented a major departure from her Renaissance work. While Renaissance's music was progressive rock influenced by folk and classical music, "Annie in Wonderland" runs the stylistic gamut, covering a lot more musical ground. The musical direction is provided by her then-fiancee and ex-Electric Light Orchestra member Roy Wood, who produced, played almost all the instruments, sang backing vocals, and wrote some of the songs.
