This here album is a very pleasant latter-day attempt by Frankie Avalon at recreating a doo-wop sound. I find it notable for some interesting keyboard sounds that often have a bell-like quality. Many of the songs feature synth-strings in the background as well as backing vocalists. His vocals are still good. This album was released in the 1990's, but sounds much unlike other 90's albums. The album makes you feel good. The tracks featured are mostly pop staples from the late 50's, including a few remakes of his old hits. This is definitely a good album. However, an augmented version was released in 2005 by a British company which features five more songs.
