Fu Manchu's ninth album is called We Must Obey which was released on 19 February 2007. The band has spent most of 2007 and 2008 on tour, playing several shows in North America and Europe Their tenth album Signs of Infinite Power was released on October 19, 2009 in Europe and October 20 in North America. On March 10, 2010, it was announced that Scott Reeder would play drums for Social Distortion for the South American tour dates in April

Eatin' Dust is the fifth studio album from stoner rock band Fu Manchu, released on February 19, 1999 on the now defunct Man's Ruin label. Eatin' Dust was the second album for new members Brant Bjork and Bob Balch, who replaced Ruben Romano and Eddie Glass in 1997.

In an age of increasingly short attention spans, it's no small feat for a band to arrive at the career landmark of a tenth album - but that's where So-Cal fuzz rock institution Fu Manchu finds itself with 2007's We Must Obey. Perhaps even more impressive is how the quartet has remained remarkably faithful to their original sonic aesthetic over these many releases and 15-odd years; thereby rewarding the group with the sort of dedicated following enjoyed by other standard bearers of a particular musical footprint: AC/DC, Motörhead, the Ramones.
