This release was one of those that Scandinavian people talked about on various trance-related forums. So many people bought this, took it home and then realized how ripped off they felt but not because of the song itself. Au contraire, 'Far From In Love' was a nice track and it was a good example of the A&B/Anjunabeats sound of 2001-2004, before they would go sour and release utter tosh like 'Satellite'. Anyhow, the reason people felt ripped off was, the single contained two near identical radio edits and only that. The second one being shorter by a mere 10 second, I remember trying to return my single a week later but getting refused because of some bollocks store policy. So it became a Frisbee and I had a bitter-sweet fun time chucking that around for a solid 10 minutes, which was longer than the playtime on this.

Satellite wasn't bad you fool. Above & Beyond created it under an entirely different Alias. If you don't like it, listen to the Markus Schulz remix.

Wow. I have written a similar complaint against the cd single of Poltergeist - Vicious Circles (platcd82) but this one takes the biscuit.Who, exactly, were Playground / Anjunabeats trying to please with this release? Did they think teenagers might buy this along with their Westlife single?Baffling.

Forget all the other mixes and 12s out there. The only mix worht having is the San Francisco mix. It uses the vocal to the greatest effect. It's swirling synths evoke a Christmas type feel - warm, lush and enveloping. In a club this absolutely transports you... it's a fantastic record. Have you bought it yet? Why not??? Do yourself a favour!
