Anselmo Alliegro y Milá (March 16, 1899 – November 22, 1961) was a Cuban politician who served as the Acting President of Cuba for one day (January 1–2, 1959) after the departure of General Fulgencio Batista from the country. He previously held the position of President of the Cuban Senate from February 1955 to 1 January 1959. He also served as Prime Minister of Cuba in 1944.
