The fourth album from local alt-country mainstay The Clydesdale finds powerhouse singer Paige Overton stepping aside for guitarist and fellow singer Andrew Karasa, who here takes the lead on more than half of the 11 tracks (whereas before he’d only handled a few). The Clydesdale is an indie band from Las Vegas, Nevada who have grown prominent in the independent Las Vegas alt country and cowpunk community. Their sound is described by Rolling Stone as "bluegrass rock" fit for "the soundtrack to a western directed by Quentin Tarantino. The Clydesdale is a breed of draft horse named for and derived from the farm horses of Clydesdale, a county in Scotland. Although originally one of the smaller breeds of draught horses, it is now a tall breed. Often bay in color, they show significant white markings due to the presence of sabino genetics. The breed was originally used for agriculture and haulage, and is still used for draught purposes today
