This EP/mini-album was planned for release in 2009 as a followup to the album 'Blue Narration'. To commemorate the tenth anniversary of the second full-length Off Land album, White Lines has been found anew. The release has been restored, remixed, reworked, and modernized to form a bridge between 'Blue Narration' (2008), Eventide Passage (2012), and this year in Off Land (2018). Lines is a drastic mash-up and complete reworking of the original Lines and Lines (recon). Lesley Point contains only faint elements of the original. Dry Vortex, gives the same dusty feeling that the 2008 version did.

Land is the fourth full-length album by the Faroese Viking, folk metal band Týr. It is a multilingual album with vocals in Faroese, English, Norwegian, Danish in Sinklars Vísa and Icelandic in Brennivín. It was released on May 30, 2008 through Napalm Records. The album is based on Nordic folklore. The final track is a new version of the song "Hail to the Hammer" which originally appeared on a demo in 2000, and again on How Far To Asgaard in 2002.

In my defense, I didn’t actually overlook this album. I listened to it many times, and found it utterly breathtaking. It’s just that, well, somehow no mention of that ever ended up here. It takes a while for Floating Points’ Elaenia to get off the ground. There’s not a single beat to be found in leadoff track Nespole, its bouncy, off-kilter build-up segueing into an acid-synth sequence that hints at the impending drop of a house beat at any moment. It’s all just mood and atmosphere, laying down a neon-lit path toward the first real show-stopper of the album, Silhouettes (I, II, III), which is as much a nu-jazz exploration as it is an electronic dance track.
