Lewis is purported to be a mystery, Hawaiian Breeze another lost album dug from the trenches of lord-knows-where. I don’t know about all that; I just like what I hear in a Dennis Wilson kinda way. If this was created in modern times, as I suspect, I can understand why they chose the PR angle they did because Breeze has a timeless quality to it, not to mention fine soul vocals that could come from a number of sources (. they could have been manufactured somehow)

In 2014, mysterious synth-folk singer Lewis came to attention when Light in the Attic reissued 1983's L'amour. A second album, Romantic Times, surfaced in July, and was followed in August by Love Ain't No Mystery. Now, another album has come to light, as Exclaim! points out. It's called Hawaiian Breeze, and it was recorded at the Fiasco Bros. studio (where Love Ain't No Mystery was also recorded). You can download the seven song offering at the Fiasco Bros.

Randall A. Wulff, better known by his stage name Lewis, and also known as Lewis Baloue and Randy Duke, is a Canadian singer and musician. He released a number of albums in the 1980s, but did not become widely known until they were re-released in 2014. Lewis' family live in British Columbia but he is estranged from them; in August 2014 his brother stated that he had not seen Lewis since 2007. His father and uncle had lost touch with him some years previously.
