Life has been so wild the last few months, and I feel like it’s finally slowed down enough for me to gather my thoughts. I’d like to use this time to connect with all of you as much as possible. Since we haven’t played a show in a while, I’ve been more secluded than ever and I’ve had too much time to think, which is needed, but I’m ready to come out of my shell again. LaRissa Vienna and the Strange lapse. About a year and a half ago, I began recovering from anorexia. It was a big world full of new things and I felt like I was truly starting my life over. I was becoming a new person all over again. Then, my old habits came to the surface and started pulling me under, time and time again.

Denver, CO based Alternative Rock Band LaRissa Vienna and the Strange has revealed the Official Music Video for their single, Haunted, off of their upcoming, debut LP Neptune VII, due out September 1st. Originally premiered on Tattoo. com, Haunted was directed by Daniel Rachlitz and Demi Dehererra. I wrote Haunted about the guilt of missing someone from your past. It is a song about the shame of desiring things you can’t have. For the music video, each band member has a storyline of what haunts them, whether it be relationships, alcohol abuse, or mental illness

LaRissa Vienna and the Strange is an American rock band, founded in Denver, Colorado in 2015. The band released their first EP, "Make the Pain Pretty", in August 2016.
