HaOgen HaOgen (Hebrew: העוגן, הָעֹגֶן, lit. The Anchor) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Emek Hefer Regional Council  . HaOgen (Hebrew: העוגן, הָעֹגֶן, lit. In 2006 it had a population of 543.

HaOgen (, lit. anchor) is a kibbutz in central Israel. He arrived in Israel in 1947 and became a member of Kibbutz HaOgen, where he lived until his death. Nitra HaOgen Dizengoff Prize Painting Czechoslovakia. Hefer Valley Regional Council.
