Kris Angelis has been living musically her whole life. My mom says I’ve been singing since before I could talk. I would sing melodies when I didn’t actually know words. Growing up on a farm in Florida, Angelis spent her childhood playing, running around the farm, and making up songs with her twin sister. The Left Atrium" was awarded Best Female Album of 2013 by the LA Music Critics Awards. The video for the song "Not Your Fault" was an exclusive premier on RyanSeacrest. She was chosen for a month long tour in Europe with Songs&Whispers in spring of 2014 and opened for Tyler Hilton on a US tour in August. Kris wants to connect with people through music and make a difference, so she partnered through Live Music Cares with Project AK-47, which rescues child soldiers, and has been invited to join the Extreme Tour in the US to bring music to underserved communities and.

Kris Angelis has been living musically her whole life. They composed their first song at the age of three – and it lives on now, interwoven into one of Kris’s more recent works  .

Florida-raised, LA-based Kris Angelis’ first album, The Left Atrium, was awarded Best Female Album of 2013 by the LA Music Critics Awards. She has toured with Songs & Whispers, opened for Tyler Hilton and has been invited to join the Extreme Tour in the US to bring music to underserved communities and youth. She has played at the New Orleans House of Blues, made the finals in the Belk Southern Musician competition, played at Sundance, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, SXSW and NAMM 2016.

So I started performing as a solo singer/songwriter. I released the Brief Sounds EP and Ghost In the Corner EP and in 2013 put out the full length album The Left Atrium which won Best Female CD in the LA Music Critics Awards and features a duet with Zane Carney. The video for the single Not Your Fault featuring actor Justin Hartley (Revenge, Smallville) was an exclusive feature on RyanSeacrest. I did a 3 week tour in Europe through Songs & Whispers this past April and am currently putting together a US tour which will include 1-mile barefoot walks before each show through Hansons Take. Music – Los Angeles - Downtown, CA. I started singing before I could really talk, or so my mother tells me.
