Abandon is the sixteenth studio album by the British hard rock band Deep Purple, released in the Spring of 1998. It was Deep Purple's second album with Steve Morse on guitar and the last album to feature founding member Jon Lord prior to his departure in 2002. The album was followed by a successful 1998/1999 world tour which brought Deep Purple to Australia for the first time in 15 years. In 1999 a live album and DVD Total Abandon: Australia '99 recorded in Melbourne on 20 April 1999 was released.

All Abandon All joins the ranks, as it deploys B12’s clever melodies which go beyond your standard synth motif, and spices it with captivating syncopated percussion. Play with Me’ exemplifies the exquisite fusion of the two with its simple, yet infectious beat and shimmering pads.

Format: limited white vinyl 12" Cat: CPU 00100100 Released: 27 Oct 16 Genre: Techno. Here we have the B12 moniker, a collaborative project of 'intelligent' tech veterans, Michael Golding and Steven Rutter, who together paved the way for the birth of short-lived movements like IDM, into the 2000s. Of course, this EP is pure class; "Untold" is a slow, eel-tanned sort of tune that would go well in a balearic set, and "Play With Me" picks up the tempo but continues that same sort of placid, sensual sound.
