Final production was made at Unamic Sound and Recording Systems. The original tape was recorded live on the sound stage at Irem Temple in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Recording date was Wednesday, June 12, 1974.

Temples are an English rock band, formed in Kettering, Northamptonshire in 2012 by singer and guitarist James Bagshaw and bassist Tom Walmsley. The band's lineup was later completed with the addition of keyboardist and rhythm guitarist Adam Smith and drummer Samuel Toms, with Toms departing in early 2018. They have released two studio albums, two EPs, and a number of singles.

Sonic Temple is the fourth studio album by The Cult, released in 1989. Continuing in the hard rock direction introduced on their previous album, Sonic Temple features some of the band's most popular songs, including "Fire Woman", "Sun King", "Edie (Ciao Baby)" and "Sweet Soul Sister". Sonic Temple was the last album recorded with longtime bassist Jamie Stewart, who left in 1990, and the first to feature former Hall & Oates and then-current Bryan Adams drummer, Mickey Curry.

The band is also happy to announce more A Sonic Temple tour dates. After a run of hugely successful and completely sold-out . West Coast tour dates, they will play 10 shows in the UK in October (dates below). Originally released in 1989, Sonic Temple proved to be a pivotal moment for both the band and the wider rock scene. Produced by the legendary Bob Rock, Sonic Temple had four chart-topping singles: "Fire Woman," "Edie (Ciao Baby),' "Sun King" and "Sweet Soul Sister. The album catapulted THE CULT into superstar status and remains their most commercially successful release. It has sold over . million copies in the . alone and was certified platinum in 1990. It made it to on the Billboard charts, and the aforementioned songs all remain rock-radio staples to this day.

The Incredible String Band (album). The Incredible String Band is the debut album by the band of the same name, released in Britain in 1966 by record label Elektra. It is the only one of the band's albums to feature the original trio line-up with Clive Palmer, Robin Williamson and Mike Heron.
