PEEV - Delia Before PEEV, Pierre Serafini made all-over-the-map beat music as Opti, and he also ran a neat little label called Airflex Labs. He's now settled into knife-edged techno that cuts its own path between UK-style experimentalism and continental orthodoxy. Delia is the first release from a new label out of Paris called Intramuros, and it's a promising record for everyone involved. The ten-minute title track is probably the one that'll grab you. At 132 BPM, it's a formidable slab of techno with an electro-inspired twitch, like something Objekt might play
