Green Onions is the debut album by Booker T. & the . s, released on Stax Records in October 1962. It reached number 33 on the pop album chart in the month of its release. The title single had been a hit worldwide and was covered by dozens of artists, including the Blues Brothers and Roy Buchanan (both with Steve Cropper on guitars), as well as The Ventures, Al Kooper, The Shadows, Mongo Santamaría and Count Basie.

Organized Kaos is a great Christian Organization run by great people! They are loving, driven, and talented. They have the best interest of their youth in mind when making decisions. They put their heart and soul into the drop-in center, spending most nights at the shop. If you have a child, interested in trades within the ages required for this center, I would fully recommend bringing them to OK for one of the drop-in nights  . Organized Kaos checks off all the boxes. It teaches hands-on skills that build confidence and self-esteem. A great resource in our City. Great people doing great things for the future of our youth!

Knep and I told them yes and almost immediately after they told us they were ready to play. In late 2006 and early 2007 we played almost every show we booked with Organized Kaos.
