Asylum is the fifth studio album by American heavy metal band Disturbed. Asylum is meant to take a fresh direction in the band's music career, while remaining consistent with the band's previous albums. Most of the lyrical content was inspired by aspects of frontman David Draiman's life prior to making the album. The album was released on August 31, 2010 in the United States through Reprise Records. A tour in support of the album, titled the Asylum Tour, started in late August 2010

Produced by Mike Wengren, David Draiman & Dan Donegan. Your asylum (Forgive the lie) Overcome by the feeling That I won't get to join you, in time For the loneliness is killing me, ah! Death's images are all around, again They're right behind me, they're going to find me Judgment for the immortal sin That had enveloped me, completely, ah! I know I'll never know a peaceful night, again Afraid they'll hear me, they don't fear me Punishment for the immoral crime The debt was never paid, completely.

Band Name Disturbed (USA-1). Дата релиза 31 Август 2010. Лейблы Reprise Records. Disturbed is just as important to me now as they were then, although I'm proud to say I no longer get bullied by every prick wearing a 50 Cent hoodie and saggy jeans. Disturbed know how to communicate with their fans, and have consistently released pretty good albums, (Believe, Indestructible) and awesome albums (The Sickness, 10,000 Fists), each album with plenty of moments that make me feel like I'm able to knock down houses. This time, though, they've come out with an album that just barely scratches the metal genre.

Label Reprise Records.

Lyrics to "Asylum" song by Disturbed: Release me No remnants were ever found of it Feeling the hot bile With every fake smile Though no . .Release me. No remnants were ever found of it Feeling the hot bile With every fake smile Though no evidence was ever found It never went away completely.

Initial copies came with a download card for the documentary "Decade of Disturbed".
