Gluggo is an album by the Spencer Davis Group, originally released in 1973 on Vertigo Records VEL 1015. The word "gluggo" is a slang term for alcohol. Although the Spencer Davis Group is more known for jazz and blues infected songs, this collection is much more rock oriented. The original vinyl album had 10 tracks, but the CD release has bonus tracks that include "Touching Cloth", the B-side to the single "Mr. Operator", and these latter two songs as previously unreleased rough mixes

The Spencer Davis Group are a British band formed in Birmingham in 1963, by Spencer Davis (guitar) with Steve Winwood (keyboards) and his brother, Muff Winwood (bass guitar) and Pete York (drums). Their best known songs include the UK number ones "Somebody Help Me" and "Keep on Running" (both written by reggae musician Jackie Edwards), "I'm a Man" and "Gimme Some Lovin'", which reached in the UK and in the US.
