The album "Nordman" was released in late April the same year. After only 4 weeks the album sold gold (5. 00 copies at the time). The second single "Vandraren" went straight to number one in the charts, and stayed there the whole summer. During the summer the album also sold platinum (10. 00 copies), and before the end of the year, triple platinum. Two more singles were released, "Laglöst Land", and "Ännu Glöder Solen". On November 27th 1995, the second album "Ingenmansland" was released. After the summer they decide to "reincarnate" Nordman. The new album "Anno 2005" was released on April 27, 2005. The new record-company is BonnierAmigo.

Nordman is a Swedish duo founded in 1993, that mixes folk music with rock and pop. This genre is called etnorock or folk rock in Swedish Nordman. Background information. Sonet Records showed interest and signed Nordman. Then work began on the first album. In February 1994, released first single "Förlist" (wrecked). The album was released in late April of that year. Already after four weeks, the album was recorded for gold record (at that time was 50 000 copies). The second single "The Wanderer" went straight to Sommartoppen's first place, and remained there all summer. Allt eller ingenting".

Natalia Borísovna Nordman-Severova (14 December 1863 – 30 June 1914) was a Russian author who was the partner to the artist Ilya Repin. Nordman was born in Helsinki in 1863. Her father was a Finnish admiral of Russian Navy Bernhard (Boris) Nordman and her mother was Russian noblewoman Maria Arbusova, who was the widow of Colonel Ehlert. Nordman was a suffragette and a champion of vegetarianism. In 1900 she met the married artist Ilya Repin who was on a trip to Paris
