One After 909 is a song written primarily by John Lennon with some input from Paul McCartney. Although originally released on their last studio album, Let It Be, the song was actually one of the first Lennon-McCartney songs to be written, as this one was written as early as 1957. First recorded in 1963, that version wasn’t heard by the public until the Anthology CDs came out along with various other versions and outtakes of Beatles classics.
